Tyler has a proven track record of success in the railroad industry, advancing from hands-on railroad construction and maintenance positions into engineering and project management leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex infrastructure initiatives, including multi-million-dollar rehabilitation programs, emergency restoration projects, culvert replacements, and hazardous incident recovery efforts. His experience coordinating railroad operators, contractors, field personnel, and regulatory agencies has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of railroad operations and project delivery. This combination of hands-on field experience and leadership has earned Tyler a reputation for delivering critical projects safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality and performance.
